听说特朗普最近又怒发推特怼人了？当然，特朗普在新闻发布会都能用大嗓门儿把记者硬生生怼下去，发推挂人更是常态。不过，在平时生活交往中，我们大可不必如此冲动，“有话好好说”，是一种自控力的体现，更是沟通的艺术。下面，我们就一起来学学日常的英文表达方式：如何委婉地表达相反观点。

◆ I'm afraid I disagree.

“We'll need to buy at least 10 new machines this year in order to keep up with the increased production.”

“我们今年至少要采购10台机器才能保证扩大产量。”

“I'm afraid I disagree. If we focus on improving the efficiency of the equipment we already have, we could avoid making new purchases.”

“恐怕我不能认同你的看法。如果我们提高现有设备的生产效率，那我们就不必购入新设备了。”

◆ I beg to differ.

“Books are a thing of the past. The future is in online publications.”

“纸质书是过去时；网络出版物才是未来。”

“I beg to differ – a lot of people still prefer to have a book in their hands rather than read on a screen.”

“请允许我在这件事上有不同的意见——比起在屏幕上阅读的方式，有很多人更希望能读一本拿在手上实实在在的书。”

◆ I'm not so sure about that.

“The increase of female employment rate will definitely speed up within next three years.”
