《工作规范》的适用范围为境内网站平台受理处置涉企网络侵权信息举报，针对前述举报，《工作规范》要求网站平台应当按照“依法依约、分级分类、限时办结”的原则进行“快速准确”的受理处置。

侵权信息受理类型
《工作规范》第四条明确了六种平台应当重点受理处理的侵权信息类型。分别是仿冒性、误导性、谣言性、侮辱性、泄密性以及其他恶意干扰企业正常经营发展的信息。并分别在第六至十七条对这六种侵权信息的具体内容及举报证据材料要求做出了细化。
第四条 网站平台应当重点受理处置以下涉企网络侵权信息举报：
（一）混淆企业主体身份的仿冒性信息；
（二）影响公众公正评判的误导性信息；
（三）不符合企业客观实际的谣言性信息；
（四）贬损丑化企业或企业家的侮辱性信息；
（五）侵害企业家个人隐私的泄密性信息；
（六）其他恶意干扰企业正常经营发展的信息。

Article 4 Website platforms shall focus on accepting and handling the following reports of enterprise-related internet infringement information:
(I) Counterfeiting information that confuses the subject identity of enterprises;
(II) Misleading information that affects the fair judgment of the public;
(III) Rumoral information that is not in line with the objective reality of enterprises;
(IV) Insulting information that derogates and smears enterprises or entrepreneurs;
(V) Divulging information that infringes upon the personal privacy of entrepreneurs; and
(VI) Other information that maliciously interferes with the normal operation and development of the enterprises.
对于不同类型的侵权信息，《工作规范》分别对企业需要提供的证据材料进行了明确列举，一般来说，提供了身份证明文件、举报事项、举报理由、足以准确定位侵权内容的相关信息以及证明举报内容侵权的初步证据材料，网络平台就应当予以受理。
第五条 涉企网络侵权信息举报满足以下条件的，网站平台应当予以受理：
（一）提交能够充分陈述举报事项、阐明举报理由的文字举报；
（二）提交企业营业执照、组织机构代码证或企业家身份证明等权利主体资格证明材料；如委托举报的，需提供举报代理人身份证明和授权委托书；
（三）提交举报人姓名、联系方式；
（四）提交请求采取必要措施的具体网络地址或者足以准确定位侵权内容的相关信息；
（五）提交能够证明举报内容侵权的初步证据材料；
（六）提交申明举报真实性、合法性的文字保证。

(I) Submit a written reports that can fully state the reported matters and clarify the reasons for the report;
(II) Submit qualification certificates such as business license, organization code certificate or entrepreneur identity certificate; if entrusted to report, the identity certificate and power of attorney of the reporting agent must be provided;
(III) Submit the name and contact information of the reporter;
(IV) Submit the specific URL for which necessary measures are requested, or relevant information that is sufficient to accurately locate the infringing content;
(V) Submit preliminary evidence materials that can prove the infringement of the reported content; and
(VI) Submit a written guarantee stating the authenticity and legality of the report.
根据《工作规范》第十九条，网站平台应当综合考虑涉企网络侵权信息的严重程度、发布频次、舆论影响以及社会危害程度等因素，按照宽严相济、统一标准的原则，分级分类、规范准确处置涉企网络侵权信息举报。
第十八条以及第二十至第二十三条又进一步明确了网络平台在受理涉企网络侵权信息举报后，可采取的针对性处置措施，包括：删除或同等效果、限时加私、设置争议标记或提供澄清回应服务、对网络账号采取处置。
第十九条 网站平台应当综合考虑涉企网络侵权信息的严重程度、发布频次、舆论影响以及社会危害程度等因素，按照宽严相济、统一标准的原则，分级分类、规范准确处置涉企网络侵权信息举报。
